Alex and Abby first met October 1st, 2017 at Florida State University. Abby grew up in Boca Raton, FL and Alex grew up in Broomfield, CO. The two of them had a mutual love for animals, music, school, and quality time together. They would study together in the library, watch Florida State Football Games, dance the night away at countless concerts, and their friend groups intertwined. Abby took Alex to his first music festival Voodoo in New Orleans and the two of them have been to 8 others together since. Music is a huge part of both of their lives. Abby had always wanted to visit Colorado, so it was only fitting that she met one of the few guys at FSU from Colorado. Alex took Abby on her first trip to the mountains where she got to go skiing for the first time and Decadence NYE music festival in Denver.

Alex got Abby her first kitten named Smokey in 2018 and they have been bonded ever since. They both graduated from FSU this year as well. Abby graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Alex graduated with his Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science. They stayed in Tallahassee, Florida for one more year until Alex received his Master’s degree in Computer Science. Alex landed a job In in DMV area where the two of them moved at the end of 2019. COVID-19 hit shortly after where they lived in a new state and struggled to get their footing living in a shut-down world. Like many others, they welcomed their COVID kitty Bandit into their family and he has loved being by their sides ever since.

Abby got into a Dental Hygiene program in Massachusetts where they moved February of 2022. While there, they took full advantage of the New England area. They took many trips to Boston to see the Celtics play, taking vacations to Cape Cod and Portland, Maine. Eating all of the Cannoli’s, Lobsta Rolls, and Clam Chowda they possibly could. Although they loved New England, the winters were gloomy and they needed a change. Abby completed Hygiene School applied for, and received her Colorado Dental Hygiene License

Once they moved to Colorado, Abby began working as a full time Dental Hygienist while Alex continued working from home as a Software Engineer. Abby had always dreamed of living near the mountains and Alex forgot how much he enjoyed them as well. They found a beautiful townhome to live and their days consist of long drives up into the mountains for breakfast, snow tubing in the winter, and searching for all different wildlife year-round.

Alex and Abby have overcome many obstacles throughout their 8 years together and have only come out stronger as a couple. Their love stands on respect, love, honesty, trust, and the value they see in one another. They ensure that as they evolve as individuals their relationships evolves as well. They are truly best friends who only want to be there to love and support one another

They are inviting family and friends to come celebrate them and their future marriage together as husband and wife. They cannot wait to celebrate with those who love them!
